My rich lunch

#hillock My lunch today is a rich pasticho, prepared by my.es a recipe that my older sister who is Chef in the care of Bogotá taught me.
It is a very easy pasta to prepare, it is stuffed with beef, ham, mozzarella cheese, bechamel cream, and a touch of pecorino cheese at the end, then goes to the oven over medium heat until golden brown.
Let it rest for a moment to taste.
It is accompanied with a rich salad and toast.
It was a real taste that I gave me, I hope you like.
