WHY DO WE FEEL
PAIN WHEN FELT LEFT
OUT ?

We , as humans , we seek for survival and to feel that we belong somewhere .
So feeling left out , gives us hard feelings and pain.
Our desire to belong to something causes us anxiety and painful feelings that cause physical pain , in a way of having stomachache or like fainting out .
We hate such feelings that make us feel invisible and like we don’t matter.

HOW TO SAVE OURSELVES FROM
THE PAIN WE FEEL?

You don’t have to be in the midst of the things to feel worthy of Love and of every good thing in your life .
Let go of the things that don’t to come your way and follow the stuffs that can help you feel okay on your own.
You need to know that Being left out doesn’t mean we’re unloved because we are Loved and we should be confident facing rejection .
When we’re rejected that doesn’t mean it’s our fault but it’s theirs and it’s their Loss . You should always have faith that you’re the good thing that people wait to happen for them,
•And The first step to get over this pain of being rejected is accepting the feelings that come out from it then Don’t find assumptions for anything because it’ll only make it worse.
•You are Good on your own .
•You are awesome and they lost you.
•Don’t go out and search of explanations for things that can’t be explained , it’ll only waste your time ! Your time is valuable so don’t waste it on anyone or for anyone to prove them your worth .
•Let things and people GO !
