Open gardens day.

On a beautiful second Pentecost!

A lot of beautiful pictures I had already seen of that beautiful garden in the Noordoostpolder on Facebook and suddenly the announcement of an open garden day on the second Pentecost. Finally I could see everything in real life from Pronkjewail on't Nije Laand.

When I drive into Kraggenburg, it's nice to see that the lions are coronaproof.

It's starting well.

We had barely reached the path and there was already a flat belly to show off on a garden ornament. And we haven't even paid for access yet. For 4 euros we can enjoy this garden and have a cup of tea or coffee. The proceeds go to a project in the Waterloopbos.

I have not photographed all kinds of flowers, because then the day would have been short.

From the pond it was difficult to say goodbye. All those different critters that flew around there and sat down occasionally. Just sit still and I'll take a picture of you. No unfortunately that beautiful blue flatbelly did not want to be in publicity.

I zoomed these two blue dragonflies. Not a great picture. But are they flatbellies? Then it would be 2 males.

Frog Concerto

On a photo you don't hear that frog concert, so just made a movie. Hope you hear something!
