As a result of the situation in Venezuela with decay in everything, because of the lack of fuel for vehicles bicycles returned to the rise of popularity, as laa people used to transport everywhere.

Bicycling is beneficial for people's health because it makes you exercise many body muscles, and now in times of pandemic we have to exercise to stay healthy.

The first bike was the one that was known as Draisina, in honor of its inventor, the German baron Karl Von Drais, who devised it in 1816, his front wheel could go with a handlebar, but the driver should drive the device with his feet. More than 20 years passed until the construction of the mechanical drive bicycle.

It was invented by the Scottish Kirkpatrick Macmillan were levers attached to the rear wheel. It also had handlebars and a brake, but it did not get to be marketed due to the disinterest of the public.

In 1861, a bicycle driven by two pedals attached to the front wheel was successfully placed on the market, designed in France and manufactured in Paris by Piere Michaux and his son Ernest.

In 1865 these came to vomercialize 400 units.
