It's really time I share the third pancakes recipe with you. Another with lots of vegetables. This variant originated when the pointed peppers were on sale. But with ordinary peppers, of course, it can also be fine.

Ingredients for the filling:
2 (point) peppers
1 zucchini
2 celery stalks
2 onions
1 clove of garlic
1 sprig of thyme
1 sprig of rosemary
Piece of a stock cube
Greek fΓͺta

Chop the onions and cut the peppers, zucchini and celery into not too large pieces. Start to fry the onion in a dash of oil. When the onion is transparent, you can add the celery and the finely chopped clove of garlic. I add the sprigs of herbs and fish out before serving. After stirring a few minutes, add the zucchini and peppers and crumble a piece of a stock cube over the pan. Usually now I put a lid on the pan and periodically turn the vegetables until all the zucchini pieces are no longer raw.
