I noticed this week that there are still peppernuts in the supermarket that they would like to lose. I also had a bag of chocolate peppernuts. And because I didn't want to eat them, I only made a sandwich with them. Very tasty!

If you know my other recipes, you know that I always want to give my baking a healthy touch. So does this bread. Because I don't want to use that much sugar, I put a winter carrot in it. And I do not like very white bread myself, which is why I also used whole grain spelt flour.
