Pork tenderloin with oriental vegetables from the roasting bag

Mix of oriental vegetables
Potato slices
Pork tenderloin
Herbal butter
Cream cheese
Ketjap manis
Sambal

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut open the top of the tenderloin and smear it with cream cheese and herb butter.
Put the vegetable mix and potato slices in the frying bag and make a sauce from a teaspoon of sambal, 2 tablespoons of ketjap manis and the asian herbs (about a tablespoon).
Add this to the vegetable mix and potato slices in the frying bag. Mix this well together.
Then put the tenderloin on top and close the frying bag.
Place the frying bag on the frying dish and pierce 2 holes in the top of the bag.
Leave to cook for an hour in the oven.
Pay attention, when opening the bag, hot steam is released. First, pierce a hole in the bag to let the steam escape.
