¿Que es lo que te hace feliz?

Hoy pase gran parte de mi dia pensando en esta frase que es lo que te hace feliz y a raíz de ello comence a buscar diferentes fuentes de información para validar mis pensamientos.
Encontrando algunas respuestas de algubos estudios pero el que mas me llamo la atencion fue el siguiente que dice:
Según los autores de la investigación, los profesores de psicología de la Universidad de British Columbia (Canadá) Aaron C. Weidman y Elizabeth W. Dunn, existen tres tipos de felicidad:
1. La felicidad anticipatoria: aquella que experimentamos ante la perspectiva de que vamos a comprarnos algo.
2. La felicidad momentánea: la que vivimos en el momento en que disfrutamos de algo.
3. La felicidad crepuscular: aquella de la que gozamos cuando recordamos una vivencia.
Particularmente siento que la mayor felicidad que podemos tener la en las vivencias gratos recuerdos con nuestras familias nuestros seres queridos, las cuales dejan huellas imborrables en nuestros corazones las demas cosas son pasajeras, acompañada del amor y entrega hacia nuestro creador que eso nos transmite felicidad paz y tranquilidad.

Happiness is carried inside. Love life love others see things pretty the trees the sky the birds singing to your healthy family. That's happiness. For the rest there is no time. Interesting blog! To me point 3 fits me. I think we are become happy if we put our love and energy in new experiences in life, like challenges, self employment, create new things. So express yourself every day you can! ❤️
