Yesterday evening I made delicious Banana waffles! Hereby the recipe.

What do you need?

Waffle iron
Mixing bowl
Small bowl
Whisk
Spatula

130gr butter
2 eggs
110gr sugar
250gr self-rising baking flour
3 ripe bananas
1 mandarin
200ml milk

Step 1
Put 130gr of butter in a small bowl and melt it in the microwave. After this, pour about 100gr of melted butter into your mixing bowl.

Step 2
Now there are 2 eggs and 110gr of sugar in the mixing bowl, mix this with a whisk until it is a smooth mixture.
Now add 200ml of milk and 250gr of self-rising baking flour and mix it again until smooth.

Step 3
Mash 2 bananas into a gruel, cut 1 more banana into some larger pieces for some structure. Squeeze out the juice of 1 mandarin. After that, pour everything into the mixing bowl and stir it with a spoon until it is 1 whole.

Step 4
Heat the waffle iron to approximately the middle position. Each time, grease the waffle iron with little melted butter before you put the batter in. (Other butter from the small bowl).

Step 5
Pour the batter into the iron and wait until it is ready, this can be repeated until the batter is out.
Add some extra flavour to the waffles with chocolate or powdered sugar.
