Every week I do eat bell peppers. Sometimes raw in a salad, sometimes fried in a stir-fry and sometimes just as a loose vegetable. In any case, there are plenty of options and since I like to experiment with different recipes, I started working with peppers this time. I had an idea for stuffed peppers. And of course #lowcarb . The result is good, because I was immediately asked why I did not make this before. What do you need?
- Peppers!
- Padding of your choice! (See 4 variations below)
How to make it?
