Every week I do eat bell peppers. Sometimes raw in a salad, sometimes fried in a stir-fry and sometimes just as a loose vegetable. In any case, there are plenty of options and since I like to experiment with different recipes, I started working with peppers this time. I had an idea for stuffed peppers. And of course #lowcarb . The result is good, because I was immediately asked why I did not make this before.
What do you need? - Peppers! - Padding of your choice! (See 4 variations below) How to make it? 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees 2. Cut the peppers in half and cook them in water with some vegetable stock for about 5 minutes 3. Place the half peppers in an oven dish 4. Fill the bell peppers 5. Bake the peppers in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Below you can find 4 versions of my hand.
