Red cabbage

Food photos taking a red cabbage is very nice to do. The red cabbage leaf is stiff and contains many coarse veins and is sometimes matte in color. The inside is much shinier of the beautiful purple color and contains all small pieces that fit together. Like a puzzle. In shape it reminds of the brain. If you cut off a slice for a photo, then gently lay it down otherwise all the pieces will fall apart. Fascinating to be able to see and capture the structure of this beautiful vegetable in photo.
