Now back to Yoors after a long absence.!
Some may still know me, but for others I am completely new and I will imagine myself as well.

I'm Jenn and I've been traveling around the world since 2016. This is because I was a carer for my mother for a long time, and then moved back to my family home to take good care of her. Despite promises from the housing association, I was put on the street after my mother died linea recta. Panic, sadness, what should I do, where do I go.. While emptying the house, I came across an old Lonely Planet with a note from my mother. She wrote about making dreams come true, follow my heart and that she would always be with me. The hint was clear and two months later I was on the plane to Peru.

I found a job there at a hostel in Arequipa and loved it so much that I stuck there much longer than originally intended. After that, beautiful journeys through Chile, Bolivia and Colombia followed and I went to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands for a long period of time, where I could swim between sea lions every day. A great experience!

I ended up in India, where I fell in love with the country and an Indian man. The love for the country is still there, but when the man became violent, I quickly left. In December 2019, I came back to the Netherlands for a month or two from the relationship in question, but when Covid-19 came to look around the corner, I stayed in the Netherlands for a year longer. I was lucky because I was able to get to work with my old healthcare employer right away.!

But traveling is in my blood, so last May I got back on the plane anyway. To Mexico this time! At the time of writing I'm in Guadalajara and where I'm going next is unknown. I love it.!
