You can make this cheerful Rudolf from 1 paper plate! Its antlers can move because they're fastened with split pins. Nice to hang against the wall or make a pendulum out of it. Do you have any Christmas ball hooks left? Then you can also hang Christmas balls in his antlers, if you like it. This reindeer even has two real bells hanging on his collar.
