Running
Early morning walk or a run is a fun and healthy activity. I have tried to incorporate it into my schedule for a few weeks now.
I hate getting up early for the run but i enjoy the run and walk.
It's just funny how much i hate it till i get out of the house and suddenly it changes all my moods. I think the morning has such power to change you with peace and cold fresh air.
Getting up is still a real struggle for me in my habit of running.
But if i haven't taken that step,would i get the chance to see these beautiful views? But sometimes fog comes in my way😂.
