Saving versus disposable society.
A tricky dilemma. It is precisely now that people are being asked to invest again, the economy needs a boost!
Don't keep the money in your pocket, just spend it. That is what is actually being asked to keep our economy running at the moment.
But how does this relate to the other call to think carefully about what we spend our money on?
Too much we throw away business. Really good stuff has to go away to be able to participate in the next hype. It's really incredible, when you go to the thrift shops to hand in something, you're just standing in a line, a big line.
Of course everyone needs to clean up the house just now. The old junk can get out.
Personally, I am happy with those lines at the cycle. Fortunately, it is not immediately brought to the coarse dirt. Although I had to be there myself the other day and I was surprised at the great stuff that just went into the container for a fee. (yes we pay per kilo of items brought away).
All right, so back to the dilemma.
Throw away versus keep, save versus invest.
The answer is not really very difficult. You have to orientate equally well on the different markets within our country. Invest in the distressed market: Hospitality, entertainment (no, not a new TV) (there are more, but you can think of that yourself). In other words, go out, responsibly, pick up a tasty meal and search the internet for creative solutions that various artists have come up with to perform anyway.
The economy does need the money. That is true, but there has been a considerable imbalance in the same economy. Completely unexpected (for Corona), the computer industry received a boost that was out of proportion. The supermarkets experienced a revival and the chores cannot find any holes in their agenda.
Do you need a different decor because you're tired of your old stuff? Go take a look at the cycle! You'll find stuff there that no one else has. A kind of antique shop with affordable items (fortunately you are still saving).

Er stonden belachelijk veel spullen bij , die nu gewoon vernietigd worden. Een hark, een spade, een ijzeren kist, meer fietsen, stepjes, etc. De hele buurt gooide er wel wat bij. De oudijzer-boer was er natuurlijk blij mee, hij krijgt geld voor het gewicht. Toch deed het een beetje zeer.. ik heb er verder maar niet meer naar gekeken..want anders sleep ik misschien weer wat naar binnen :)
