He's been lying there for a month, that beautiful spaghetti pumpkin. I don't know what I could do with it. And for the last few weeks, I've been home alone. Far too big to eat on my own. So when the three of us were finally back, I saw my chance. Here at Yoors I found one recipe and that was with oyster mushrooms. And I love it, but I better not eat mushrooms, so I went a little further searching on the Internet and then I saw something come along with a spaghetti sauce and on this site stood several ways to prepare a spaghetti pumpkin.

For the sauce I used my own recipe, lots of colored vegetables and some minced meat.

250 gr minced meat

1 onion

1 large winter root or several small

1 paprika
