Spinning card.

Almost everywhere in the shops hang or lie the most beautiful cards to congratulate someone or wish them well. In all shapes and sizes. 

But what could be more fun than surprising someone with a homemade card. A card with a rotating flower. Or heart. What you want.

What do you need for it
- colored sturdy paper
- yarn
- compass
- pencil
- scissors
- glue stick

very nice friend @Kinderworkshops Petra , I liked the flower that rotates, it occurs to me to place instead of thread to hold it, place rather a rubber band on it, before closing the card it would be given several turns and as soon as they open it it would turn according to the turns that were given
