What a wonderful weather was last weekend. After the busy Oord festival we spent the morning to take a walk through the neighborhood. And since my brother lives one street behind the Urkervaart, the route goes a lot along the water.

A coot couple came by trumping. Keeping their 4 youngsters close.

The Fuut just dived into hiding with young on the back. A beautiful face. With a lot of effort and a lot of failed photos, I managed to capture them recognizably.

What a surprise it was to meet a well-known clothesline. And Saskia, the woman who took the initiative to organize a White Clothesline Week, sat on a bench. Proud of how far the clothesline had come. At least I couldn't get him in one picture anymore. She had also made good advertising at the Oord festival. See below the blog about it.
