Sweet smile
I cycle towards work with a sad feeling.
Sometimes you have these days.
And today it's raining a lot
Along the way, I always meet school children.
So also today.
This time a girl rides to meet me in the rain
with a smile on her face.
When she passes me, she smiles a little wider.
I get a happy feeling for a moment and smile back on her.
What a smile from an unfamiliar face can do to you.
Thank you, unknown girl with your beautiful smile.
Keep doing that above all.
Because you just give someone a nice start to the day.
