Vandaag werk ik mijn taarten verder af... de kleine cakejes worden gevuld met een caramel chocolade topping en een beetje fleur de sel en de grotere cake wordt een tiramisu-taart met chocoladeschilfers en chocoladedecoratie...

That cake. you also send up cakes ? This one seems lovely. I would eat mascarpone with everything. Do I like so much ! I even use that as a 'cheese sauce' with my cauliflower.
@enigma In itself, mascarpone can indeed be used for a lot, has a fairly neutral taste and both sweet and salty can be added. If I didn't live that far from you, I came to bring a lot, the end result is already online in the meantime. 😋
