The sharp eye of @Dana saw that my Admission Requirements tautogram (added below) 41 words was short to be included in the 140 words challenge, which was my intention. That was because bullets followed by a space are also counted as' word '. There were 41, so then there was nothing else to expand that post with 41 words.
