But first. what is choreography?
Choreography is defined as a stage piece performed with dance, through the body movement of the dancers, within a structure that has spatial, plastic, rhythmic and musical elements, chosen according to the theme chosen to represent. (Duran, L., 1993: 94).
There are a number of choreographic forms that are frequently used for various types of dance that exist in the world, and which can be easily observed during the performance of a choreography. These choreographic forms vary according to the way the choreographic sequences are constructed, depending on the qualities of the movement and the patterns chosen for transitions.
