For the one to whom it is concerned:
In all love,
We as Yoors team have once chosen to be close to our members and engage in a conversation.
'Human to human' is what I call. In 'What is Yoors' you can also read that that is one of our spearheads.
We are available. We listen, take measures and solve things.
This can not be done on any platform. And I keep doing that because it's educational and (sometimes) just fun.
Being accessible also ensures that people reach you continuously. There is the paradox.
There is often no forest to be found because of the trees.
Everyone's problem is equally important and everyone screams for attention to their problem.
Fortunately, it also increasingly results in posts where we are addressed to our approach and policy.
Fine and everyone is free to do that. It is generally heard and seen.

And often the complaining comes down to "I realize that I got a lot of free but I just want more”.
So here's some constructive feedback for you! Personally, I am already very happy with my time here even though I have only been here for a month.^^
Between unsalted Criticism and well-meaning Feedback lies a thin line. It also depends on the mood of transmitter and receiver at the time of reading. That this appears even louder in written language is inevitable. I think Yoors is a very friendly environment. Yoorsies are generally very polite and compassionate.
I can imagine your frustration. You work hard with your team to continuously improve the platform and give users the best possible experience. You spend a lot of your time. Responses personally, quickly and often well argued to questions and comments from Yoorsies. That's what you can expect from another.
And always applies; C'est le Ton qui fait la Musique!
It's all about respecting one another and I think human to human is cool
But I only want to be part of the solution and not the problem here
It makes it easy for everyone to communicate with one another
I'm curious what more Yoors will be able to bring in the coming years but I think everything is cool!
I also did the subsection “sorry about that” but you did respond that I liked you. But I understand if everyone like eg: a toddler in the classroom to the master @Henkjan de Krijger wants a question or remark, that it can be quite annoying.
Whoops.... 🙊 Now I'm doing it again 😉
Respect is very important. It's all about the way you say something. No one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes. I am of course a supporter for if there were a problem I personally address the person in injury especially I'm going to “complain”. But if there is no other option, it is nice to know that the board is ready to offer a listening ear/solution!
While I am satisfied and at ease
I didn't know from where to begin , I didn't know how to change and how to be happy .
Moreover , things seem so hard to me and I need financial support to save myself from destruction.
That's why I logged in this website and started from zero , posting about my real feelings , talk everything out to move on and to gain money through it.
A Queen isn't someone having everything and people working for her .
But she's someone who needs herself more than anything and she is trying her best to survive and make the workd see who she's really is.
They are asking me to post 20 words in order to gain 40 YP , is this how it works now ? being obliged and ruled to post about things you have no informations about and I always wish I succeed in whatever I am doing .
thank you for your attention.
And if there are improvements to situations, welcome.
I do realize that not everyone is equally good with language, can express themselves equally well.
A number of critical blogs (I must have not read everything!) that I saw, I think stem from concern, involvement with Yoors, and the fear of losing Yoors.
Besides that: indeed, most never spent a penny on Yoors, got it, and not just money. Friendships have emerged here, even relationships, and that's priceless!
Yoors has shown me respect and kindness things that I see very lacking on other social networks, pages and groups so I would like to help as possible.
try and error.
of course you make mistakes now and then, otherwise it would not be called try and error. It would be called try and win. Error is human. to make mistakes is human.
And then I think that there will always be, whatever the path chosen, someone who is against it. this is also human.
so as a leader, this is something that you will have to deal with all your life.
I think it´s a good, mature idea, to put boundaries. To say precisely wat you are willing to accept, I mean, what you put up with, or what you don´t put up with. So people will know from the beginning, and decide what to do or what to accept.
There is something that I found out of place yesterday, of how a post less than 2 hours got more views of a 16 hour. But it's something I imagine happens when you have more popularity and followers. Yoors has excellent potential and I learn from all this, to apply to my daily life. Thank you happy day 😉❤
