Gefeliciteerd met je broer. De gerechten zien er heerlijk uit. Wel grappig dat je authentiek Chinees hebt gegegeten in een Chinees-Indisch restautant met een Indonesische naam (Kota Radja). Wel grappig dat je authentiek Chinees hebt gegegeten in een Chinees-Indisch restautant met een Indonesische naam (Kota Radja). Ik zou dat eerder hebben verwacht bij het andere door jou vermelde restaurant: Kwong-Chow (die vermelden ook nadrukkelijk dat zij gespecialiseerd zijn in de Chinees-Kantonese keuken).

Overigens: ook authentieke Chinezen (die nog nooit van hun leven in Indonesia zijn geweest) maken Indische gerechten (omdat de klant in NL er om vraagt). Ook hier: 2 Chinese eettenten hebben een... Overigens: ook authentieke Chinezen (die nog nooit van hun leven in Indonesia zijn geweest) maken Indische gerechten (omdat de klant in NL er om vraagt). Ook hier: 2 Chinese eettenten hebben een gerecht op de kaart dat 'Hollandse nassi' heet (op verzoek van Nederlandse bezoekers). De doorsnee Chinese ondernemer huldigt de stelling: 'U vraagt en wij koken het'. 😁
