Who didn't believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny...
But as a child, there were even more things that were “fooled” us. Things you believed when you were a kid.
So said Diana's grandmother @Lichtophethart Always against her when she pulled crazy pelvis again: “Kick, when you look like that, your face stays like that!”
I was told I'd have square eyes if I watched TV too long.
And how about the apple tree that grows in your belly when you eat apple seeds? And so is a gum tree if you swallowed a gum.
When I looked squint, it was also said that my eyes would stand like this. Scary idea.
And my mother invariably claimed that leprechauns existed.
When the thunderstorm was told that the clouds collided.
And then there was the sack of Saint Nicholas that you would come in if you were annoying.
Diana actually got a roe in her shoe when she was little.
And the buttons that could explode when you got there. That was often said if you wanted to press or try every button in the car again.
For example, there are things that we believed as a child and now also tell our children.
So there was the tooth fairy. The kids invariably put their fallen tooth under their pillow.
We also told you that spinach makes you as strong as Popeye himself.
We tell you to make a wish when you see a shooting star. Or when you blow out candles on your birthday cake.
And sometimes the children go on with their own imagination.
For example, my daughter @Senne when she was little:
If you see a shooting star, you may wish for wings.
All factories belong to Willie Wonka.
Blowing the wind especially for all children who have fallen so that their wounds can dry up quickly.
