I'm so glad I don't live in Germany!
Yesterday I went to Germany for a day and every store I entered I had to wear a mouth cap. And what a horror that is. I got stuffy, got a headache from it and very soon such a cap gets damp. A saleswoman told me that at the end of the day she was having more and more trouble concentrating and counting money went really hard. Because even the shop staff have to put on a mouthcap all day, except when they're sitting behind a screen.
But all these complaints are not at all so strange if you know what happens when you breathe the air you exhale again.
Through our lungs, part of the detoxification takes place. You breathe air. This air is never completely pure. Our respiratory apparatus tries to keep as many of these substances as possible from our blood and we exhale again. The blood also brings oxygen-poor blood to the lungs to get oxygen and deliver CO2. But also toxins that are in our blood can be exhaled with the CO2. Thus, the body gets rid of some of its toxins.
If you wear a mouth cap now you breathe this air that contains a lot of CO2 and toxins again. So it makes sense for you to suffer from this. It does not seem to me to be beneficial to your health at all.
For me a reason not to go to Germany for the time being to shop and to use public transport here in the Netherlands.
I hope they're going to abolish this mouthcap rule soon. #mondkapjes https://yoo.rs/mondkapjes-ze-zijn-er-1584466567.html?Ysid=146885
