Did you have a Tomado bookshelf before? The original bookshelves came in the primary colors black, yellow, red and blue. The 'shelves' were made of sheet metal.
In 1958 the rack was designed by Adriaan Dekker for Tomado.
They are now being reproduced and are available for sale in various stores. I have had this bookshelf in my nursery for many years.
