Interesting story with the life of a cow as a background. I don't know what to make of it. Replacing the cow with a machine is as much as replacing man with a machine as far as I'm concerned. But who knows: maybe we'll go there in the future.

I grew up on farms here in South Africa, been around cattle most of my life. I can't imagine cattle not being able to graze for at least part of their lives. If "Those Vegan Cowboys" can come up with something that smells, tastes and looks like a steak, then it is a case of the difference in price that will attract me.
