Dear people on Earth,
This is a message from Kyara from the dimension where I am now. I am not a single creature but a part of a collective. It is not easy to explain this and to put it right in words. I am in the 9th dimension (9D). Anita, with her sensitivity, could be a channel for us. She has tuned for us and started drawing (see the image at the bottom of the mail)

Who is Kyara?

From the beginning of the birth of planet Earth, I have been following and helping everything concerning the human race. I was also present at the contact between the souls who wanted to incarnate on Earth in the 3D and the beings that came to the aid of people. The souls already had 4 periods of eons behind the backs of incarnations in humanoids beings. But it always failed and the DNA was not enough to grow into the human race that is now living on your planet. The aliens have helped you and made a piece of their DNA available. This piece of DNA has ensured that you now inhabit a great planet on which you have been able to live your life lessons in the 3D. Through your many lives on Earth in the 3D you can grow as a soul. Grow to the next dimension on the way to the highest dimension. The field above unconditional love. The field where there's nothing and everything. The field of complete peace and acceptance.

This period there is much fear among you. You're afraid of getting sick and dying because of the virus. But I'm telling you that fear is unnecessary. The virus is a blessing in disguise. It ensures that you do not suffer from the daily worries of work, sport and social contacts. You are just being thrown back on yourselves. It gives room to turn inside. You can look inside what is of old pain of this life and perhaps past lives in you. This will create the blockages in your energy. And where the energy blocks and can not flow properly, pains and diseases arise. And the fear of it also creates an energy flow that does not flow properly. Choose! You can now choose to return well inside and let go of all the old. For in each of you there is a self-healing ability. You can heal yourselves. With help from each other, Mother Earth & Nature. In nature you can find everything that can cure you. Foods and herbs that help cleanse, energize, remove blockages, etc., for together you are transforming Mother Earth. Transform to the next dimension.
The 4th dimension is the dimension of feeling. Feeling with your heart and a good balance between head and heart. Many are all with their energy in the head. When you start to feel, you will encounter the old pains that are still in your system. When you feel it, process it and release it, you'll feel lighter and lighter. And then you get the chance to grow on to the 5th dimension.
In the 5D you feel that you are all 1. You notice that your individual wishes and desires are no longer important. But you're part of the collective. The collective consciousness of all people, Mother Earth and all light beings connected to Mother Earth and the people. You are all faced with this choice now.

It's actually very simple: What do you choose:
A hold on to what it is like today in society? Do you stay with your energy in your head? How you stuck to how you are now? You stay focused on the outside world? Then you will stay in the 3D here on Earth.
B Are you going to look into yourself by meditating, seeking the silence in nature? Are you looking for what foods, herbs, healing you need to heal yourself and be able to live in your heart? Are you going to process and let go of what you still carry of old pain with you? Then you will grow together with Mother Earth and evolve to 5D. Just fasten your belts, it's gonna be a bumpy ride.
