 ```Afrontar la muerte es uno de los desafíos de nosotros los seres humanos, pues no solo nos obliga a aceptar lo inevitable, si no a encarar nuestro propio miedo. Sirvamos en recordar que estar en paz es sentir que lo mas valioso de esa persona que se ha ido sigue vivo. Debemos dejar de ver la muerte como un final, si no mas bien, la transición a otro estado, mas sutil y de descanso. Experimentamos despedidas, pero la despedida de un ser querido es la más dolorosa. Es necesario saber acompañar a esa persona, sin retenerlo, sino colaborando a que su despedida sea con amor y armonía.```
