Vijftig tinten groen: De Glanni waterval en Paradísarlaut
In IJsland zwemmen de zalmen in het wild de rivier op, je kunt ze zien zwemmen, wanneer je op het goede tijdstip bent.
Mijn wederhelft wilde dat graag eens zien, en we dachten op de goede tijd in IJsland te zijn, dus wij gingen op jacht naar zalm.
Één van de plekken waar je deze zou kunnen vinden is bij de Glanni waterval.
Deze waterval vind je aan ringweg 1, ongeveer 105 kilometer ten noorden van Reijkjavik.
Je vindt daar, vlak bij het plaatsje Reykholt een bordje naar Glanni, en Paradísarlaut.

oh joh what a shame about those swimming salmon. So cool to see. We saw that in Norway, where they jumped up. I have that on film anyway. That was a salmon staircase!! But beautiful pictures so right before bedtime. (well vla.hihi)
@marijke yes, we've also seen a salmon staircase, but without salmon. Better next time. The oasis made up a lot!
