What I noticed...
I'd like to share something with you. I finally managed to persuade my sister-in-law Christel to join Yoors. It was quite a job, but I did it! I'm happy! I can't help but drive her crazy by my enthusiasm about Yoors. Helped her get on how Yoors works a little bit. Because I stick with it when you come to Yoors as a layman the first time, it's still pretty hard. Let's not forget this. For the elderly Yoorsleden, it's cut cake. I notice when you explain to a new member Yoors in general, in this case on my laptop, it is still quite difficult to remember everything at once. There is quite a lot to see and learn. Lots of possibilities. Actually, it's pretty to see through the eyes of a new member. (instructive I think for Yoors) How do new members look at it. What I noticed is that if you are just a member, you have to make a first introduction (post the proposal) otherwise no one can know that you are there and no one can respond or give hearts ❤️. Because I am convinced nothing is more fun and works more motivating if you get nice comments right after posting your first blog or even more fun real hearts. Then you feel welcome, and I can imagine that you will be more motivated to post more. If nothing happens. But when I looked in the post Iamnewhere I noticed there veryvery few new members stand? A few. How can this be? Where are the new members? I always thought they had to get in this way. Right? I sometimes fear that many new Members will come in but that their FIRST post will remain out. So they are NOT seen. How a shame! And what's that because they're not going on with their first post? I think this for a while have seen it happen more often no picture no proposal nothing an empty surface...
Missed opportunity, I guess. Yoors needs members who are really interested. Who try and experience how cool Yoors is and then STAY! And then pass it on to others. That's what we want! Right? I'm happy with my new member. 👍😉 #iamnewhere #nieuweleden #Yoors #promotie #aanmelden #voorstellen
