Have you ever wondered what a successful one #fitness plan is
Beginners in the fitness have 1 thing in common, they do certain exercises because someone from the gym tells them or wants to guide them. Unfortunately, most of them do not have the knowledge and especially they do not know the logic of the exercises. There is a great lack of #kennis . The fact is that most people don't have a sense of what they're actually doing in fitness, especially in the early stages. If you want to be efficient in time and progression, you will really need to know what you are doing, understanding the specific exercises, the rest periods etc Have you wondered what a successful fitness plan is, why exercises are built up in a certain order, why there are rest periods are between exercises? Are there basic principles in drawing up a successful fitness plan to achieve a certain goal? Will clarify a thing or two with this blog to be successful and create a valuable fitness plan.
What the perfect fitness plan consists of
It will probably surprise most of you, but a random exercise program and diet from the internet is certainly not enough to reach a dream body. There are five very important components that must be taken into account when drawing up a successful fitness plan
Strength training and compound exercises
Compound movements such as Deadlift, Bench Press, Squat and Overhead press are the real essential exercises you should all include in your program. Especially if you do not experience any pain or discomfort when performing these compound exercises. In almost every training session, some progress can be made with these compound exercises in one way or another. They are at the heart of any successful fitness program. Getting stronger with these exercises go hand in hand with hypertrophy (muscle growth) In other words, getting stronger is getting bigger, so the perfect scenario.

Accessories
As the name suggests, accessories are just an “accessory” to your training program. Other exercises such as biceps curls, triceps/leg extensions, lateral raises, lat pulldowns are all exercises that should also be included in your program, although they should certainly not be the main focus. The focus should be on building strength. If you are a novice, these exercises are a must in your fitness program.
Endurance and Resistance
Cardio exercises should definitely be part of the routine to strengthen or strengthen endurance and resistance. My experience shows that there are a lot of beginners who neglect any kind of cardio. Don't get me wrong now, you can neglect cardio a little if you have at least enough exercise in your daily activities. Think of 10,000 + steps daily. Although, I can imagine that this is a real challenge for some people when the weather is cold or rain. So this could be a reason to do cardio exercises during your workouts. Cardio benefits general health. I don't mean now that you should do long boring cardio exercises on the treadmill or rowing machine. There are plenty of other options to do cardio. You could choose swimming, jumping roping, cycling, zumba, tennis, maybe even martial arts or something similar that makes you feel good.
