Ik vind het moeilijker om klachten te geven en doe dat dan ook niet zo snel. Hoewel... met het ouder worden ben ik daar wel beter in geworden, net zoals met het geven van complimenten.
Surely you notice that every time you talk to someone, I think, for some reason, people are more likely to express something negative than something positive.
I think it depends on the person, because some people prefer to give compliments and compliments but behind their backs then complain a lot about that person, just as there are people who what they do is complain about others and they don't care if they hurt others with words. But I think most people prefer to complain.
If you're talking about feedback that someone gets, for example after making a long post, I find it harder to criticize. Someone has often worked hard, and then I come to complain.
People complain rather than praise, I think. People often focus on “me” and only then look at the other person. So compliments are harder to hand out. Personally, I don't like complaining at all, but I actually like and love seeing how people grow and I love to share those compliments.
