What makes you happy?

Today I spent much of my day thinking about this phrase that makes you happy and as a result of that I started looking for different sources of information to validate my thoughts.
Finding some answers from some studies but the one that caught my attention the most was the following one that says:
According to the authors of the research, professors of psychology at the University of British Columbia (Canada) Aaron C. Weidman and Elizabeth W. Dunn, there are three types of happiness:
1. Anticipatory happiness: that which we experience from the prospect that we are going to buy something.
2. Momentary happiness: what we live in the moment we enjoy something.
3. Twilight happiness: the one we enjoy when we remember an experience.
I particularly feel that the greatest happiness we can have in the experiences pleasant memories with our families our loved ones, which leave indelible marks in our hearts the other things are fleeting, accompanied by the love and dedication to our creator that transmits happiness peace and tranquility.

Happiness is carried inside. Love life love others see things pretty the trees the sky the birds singing to your healthy family. That's happiness. For the rest there is no time. Interesting blog! To me point 3 fits me. I think we are become happy if we put our love and energy in new experiences in life, like challenges, self employment, create new things. So express yourself every day you can! ❤️
