I would first be in shock, then pull myself together and call the police, then walk away and write a story about it, probably nonsense nonsense for the simple reason that I can process it better for myself.

The best thing to do is call the police or go to the police station. Because you're better off staying there yourself. After all, you never know how that person died. Due to murder or illness? You really don't want to be suspected of this or, in the other case, catch a bacteria or virus.

Calling the police is the best thing you can do as a citizen, now that's up to each of us.

The first thing is to make sure that the person has no vital signs and if they do, we proceed to help in some way, either by calling an ambulance or CPR.

I hope I never run into anything like this, but the right thing to do is to call the police immediately, since that's the way it is.

Depending on the circumstances, I will first check if the person is still alive, and then definitely call the police. And then probably cry really loud.

Depends in what situation. I have once found a dead person while working as a carer. Incredibly tough to experience that. Then the first thing to do is to check whether the person is really dead and notify the other colleagues. On the street, however, I would probably call in the police.

Without a doubt: I'm calling the police. If I doubt whether the person is really dead, I might first check for myself if he/she is still alive.

I would be stunned not knowing what to do in the shop because seeing a corpse would be an incredible impression for me

I'm leaving that place I know they say the one who owes nothing fears nothing. But when you want to find a culprit they choose the most idiot.

It does indeed depend a bit on the situation.
At first, I think I'll call the police right away, but on the other hand, if the person is still alive, I'd better determine that first and call an ambulance. Well, anyway, I hope not to do this. A special question, by the way, never thought about it like that, but it can just happen to you.

To be honest, unless it's a family member, it wouldn't confirm if he's alive or dead, if there's blood and the person looks dead, I would call the police.

The normal thing would be to notify the authorities in this way, the statement is provided and the body is found so that the family does not suffer any more.

That depends on the circumstance, if it's an acquaintance or if it's a crime scene, so I would be shocked.

I couldn't imagine finding myself in that situation. Stressful and highly traumatic, for sure. After the initial shoch, the first action would be to call the police. Of course, after finding the courage to confirm that this person is really dead... Shocking...
