Which legal system are you an advocate of?
With the current online drama, including Kwite, a Youtuber, being falsely accused of sexual assault, a lot of people are issuing their apologies for having believed the accuser before hearing the side of the accused. In my opinion it just sucks that you can blatantly accuse someone of assault and then just let the entire world obliterate this person. Not only that, but also this makes it more difficult for actual victims of assault to come forward with their own experiences as no one will believe them anymore. Every human being must have the chance and opportunity of a trial to know if they are guilty of what they are accused of.
Normally, I will always say that you are innocent until proven otherwise. But sometimes justice doesn't win. Because false reports are also made. So difficult.
It all depends on the offence that is committed, I may be a suspect but there must be evidence and that proves the fault, the most important thing is the evidence. If they prove it that the culprit comes out.
