Fish oil was the start of my stronger constitution. I've always been susceptible to viruses of all kinds. Fish oil increased my resistance, I am now sick much less often.

Vitamin C because it gives me strength and lot of energy. When I don't take vitamin c sometimes I feel sick

Potassium is a vitamin that I consume daily because I like to eat bananas and in large quantities they are my favorite.

Well, what else is left for us to consume the vitamins necessary to stay healthy, the years do not go by in vain, we have to take care of ourselves.

Collagen is perfect for the skin, just like for nails and hair, and in the fashion world you are told to take a lot

I take vitamin C but naturally through fruits and vitamin D through the sun

I don't know much about vitamins for now I'm young and I'll see later what I have to take according to my ills

Since I consume vitamin C, I often feel that my body is radiating with energy and I recommend it a lot of people

Collagen is great my mom used to use it a lot when she was a teenager and right now her physique is as if she were my older sister

I used to take an "all vitamine" supplement, then switched to Vitamine C and D supplements, and later on mommy B supplements during my pregnancies. Lately I haven't taken anything really

Folic Acid. Last year, I was very tired every day, so I stayed in bed for months. Also because I wasn't feeling well. This was ultimately due to a lack of folic acid. I had to take it for a few months then and it was really quite a change. Luckily.

Vitamin D3. Previously, I always burned very quickly in the sun due to red hair and fair skin and a lack of vitamin D3. Now really so much less.

Recently been working and stressing so much which made so weak and tired so I got a prescription of Omega H..and it helped

I have recently been forced on calcium tablets. Terrible stuff. It's like having chalk in your mouth because you have to chew them. Collagen, I've started doing that since the summer. I notice a very slight difference, but the wow effect is still missing for now.

Vitamin B, because the doctor found a shortage when I was ill. I started with fish oil because I had lost a lot of weight and that it was difficult for me to get my fats. And that was a positive experience.

In my younger years, I used to use a complete vitamin, but I haven't actually taken anything for years. Because I actually assume that if you eat healthy, you don't need any further supplements.

Very good question. I didn't use to take nutritional supplements. But from the last tests, the doctor gives me iron or vitamin c

I have a supplement that contains different vitamins and I am therefore sick less often, which is also very nice.

It is necessary to use vitamins that help us strengthen and maintain our body immune to various diseases today

I use D 3, B12, healthy cooking based on vitamin C
especially vegetables, chicory, tomatoes, fennel, leek, celery, spinach
also fruit, apples, pears, kiwi etc

I do not take any supplement that has not been prescribed by a doctor. If you eat a healthy and balanced diet, supplements are unnecessary.

I don't take supplements for the time being, I'm young and my body is strong, but vitamin C is essential for everyone. Consuming it naturally is recommended
