Fish oil was the start of my stronger constitution. I've always been susceptible to viruses of all kinds. Fish oil increased my resistance, I am now sick much less often.

I used to take an "all vitamine" supplement, then switched to Vitamine C and D supplements, and later on mommy B supplements during my pregnancies. Lately I haven't taken anything really

Folic Acid. Last year, I was very tired every day, so I stayed in bed for months. Also because I wasn't feeling well. This was ultimately due to a lack of folic acid. I had to take it for a few months then and it was really quite a change. Luckily.

I have recently been forced on calcium tablets. Terrible stuff. It's like having chalk in your mouth because you have to chew them. Collagen, I've started doing that since the summer. I notice a very slight difference, but the wow effect is still missing for now.

Vitamin B, because the doctor found a shortage when I was ill. I started with fish oil because I had lost a lot of weight and that it was difficult for me to get my fats. And that was a positive experience.

I do not take any supplement that has not been prescribed by a doctor. If you eat a healthy and balanced diet, supplements are unnecessary.
