Of course, that life is one big adventure with good and bad moments I don't have to tell anyone. We all have to deal with some great moments of happiness or serious setbacks, but how you deal with them is a completely different story.

For example, Mrs Stip's life on social media may seem fantastic, or you may secretly be a little jealous of my creative splurges and cooking skills. Yet behind this positive attitude, there are a lot of uncertainties and unprocessed trauma. A backpack that I've been carrying around for a long time and that I could keep hidden from most people.

And then suddenly. it doesn't work anymore.

That's where I sit. tired, exhausted, energized and sad. Realizing that it can't go on like this.

Staring into nothing, crying because the butter has become a lot more expensive, sobbing because something small has changed and I don't remember it all for a while.
