Onions come in different types and shapes. The onion is descended from the daffodil family. One also gives the onion other names, such as onion or siepel. Onion gives a lot of taste to dishes. I also use it daily in my kitchen, both in raw variant or baked. My favorite is the red onion, which is just a little sweeter in taste and I also like the color in dishes.
