Yoors Flower Parade, day 66

Today in the Flower Parade: the Sleeping Bulb, or Full-flowered Poppy.
Poppies are part of a large family, the well-known poppies are also part of it.
This full-flowered poppy contains opium in its bulb, and you can process it into drugs that make it sleepy.

You can also get poppy seeds from the bulb, but I would let this beautiful flower sow nicely, and hope that next year you will get such beautiful bulbs!
The Full-flowered Poppy blooms between June and August.
Do not cut the flowers afterwards, because the bulb is very nice to see, and contains the seeds.
