How do narcissists suck your life without you even realizing it?
Narcissism is not a question of gender, there are men and women with this personality disorder and you have to know how to identify them to set limits.
-They demand constant attention.
-They distract you from the real world with love bombing.
-Slowly they separate you from your friends, family, and whatever support system you have
-They deprive you of sleep to give them supply. Sleep deprivation is a huge way to break the victim.
-They tell their stories of pity to win your sympathy
-They take all your good qualities and use them against you.
-They triangulate you with other people.
-They are constantly the victim and you are the savior (or in the discard the victimizer).
-They will make the illusion that they are giving everything and will be kind while in reality they are taking everything from you.
-They want you to meet all their needs, but when you need something you, it doesn't matter; you don't matter.
-They are masters in illusions. Wizards of manipulation and control without the victim noticing.
-Slowly they break all the boundaries of the victim while establishing new limits that the victim must follow to the letter.
-If the victim crosses the limits imposed by the narcissist, there will be a punishment.
-They play a game that only they can win. You just don't know the rules and you're not even in the game, you're just a puppet.
