Diets and alcohol don't usually go together, it stops losing weight, because your body first processes the alcohol before it goes further to your fat reserves. A waste of all the hard work you do during the #dieet . Still, I also know that you shouldn't always torment yourself with losing weight, because then you won't achieve your goal either. I know of myself that when it's hot outside in the #summer I can really enjoy a refreshing cooling glass #sangria . And that's what this recipe goes perfectly with!

Summer recipe for low-carb sangria

The Sangria that you can order in a restaurant, or available in stores, is packed with carbohydrates. 1 glass contains 15 grams of carbohydrates, which is something you can do during a #lowcarb want to avoid diet. But there is also a #recept , where you can make a delicious glass of cooling sangria for yourself and your friends, only with 33 grams of carbohydrates per glass!

Oh lovely, sangria. That's a long time since I drank that, most recently in the '70s during holidays in Benidorm. Nice blog!
It seems to me a nice drink in the heat of southern Europe. I hardly ever drink sweet drinks myself. In the annual heat of southern France, I adore a nice, well-chilled glass of dry white wine or a well-chilled glass of beer.
@Leo 1 That both also tastes very good. When it comes to wines, I would normally prefer a dry, white or robust red. But in the summer, I really prefer sangria. But I usually drink water or coffee :-)
A lot of drinks in Portugal with red wine, delicious!
Sangria is indeed tasty, summery and a calorie bomb. (I'm not hungry anymore.) With me, it must also be FRESH fruit, certainly not frozen fruit as you suggest. Frozen fruit that thaws is swampy and has lost much of its flavor.
This sangria will probably also rise to the head quickly.
But highly recommended for those who want to drink low-carb !
The truth is that it sounds very interesting to do, in my country you drink a lot of sangria is something traditional
@Néstor David Where do you live? I really love sangria when its warm outside
I'm not a cocktails regular. I drink prosecco, beer or carbonated mineral water. I do not disdain the sparkling wine with fresh fruit.
refreshing and fruity drinks are very popular in summer, as you always have to stay hydrated, as we tend to sunbathe more
It is a very rich type of sangria to make, as far as cocktails can turn out to be something good.
