Early January 2020...

What started for me as an internship in a restaurant after my training as an assistant cook got a positive turn after 3 days... I was asked if I wanted to continue working there after my internship.

At the end of January 2020, I received an internal training contract in which I would be intensely trained for six months and fixed for six months.

Here began a true rollercoaster for me... working with expensive products... learning new techniques... tasting flavors I had never tasted before... dressing plates like artful scenes... I really didn't know there was so much involved.

From dragging vegetables to the finest finishes with edible flowers... You really have to be able to do it all...
