And away prepaid credit...
Just browsing the internet with my smartphone as 'Hotpoint'.
I do this often via Vodafone/Ziggo.
My prepaid credit with €20,00 and then via the site of Vodafone, I buy 2 Gb of data. That costs €15.00. Now I had a total of over €23.00 call credit and I go on the internet. But this time, I forgot to buy my bundle and turn it on, and what do you think? After a few hours, I thought about it, but too late... Without having visited any data devouring sites like Youtube, I still had a little more than €6.00 prepaid, while if I had thought of buying the 2 Gigabyte, I could have continued for days...
Own guilt, fat bump?
I don't know. I forgot. But I would appreciate it if this (and other providers) would give a notification that it is convenient to turn on a bundle. And not just a notification when the end is near...
Here I have a bit of a tummy ache; a few emails, some news sites and away money. Have you had bad experiences with this example or roaming and things like that, and how does your provider deal with this kind of thing? I would like to 'hear' your comments!
