Bami recipe easy
This week I suddenly had a craving for noodles like used to be made at home. There used to be ham and egg on top. Also a bag of boemboe of Conimex and Atjar Tjampoer next to it. My bami has no booemboe and no Atjar has been eaten. If I had wanted to add sweet and sour, that would have been a pickle. Hubby doesn't like that and I actually eat it. Of course, there's a crumple.
Bami classic
This time, I've made it easy. I chose the cut version of bami/nasi vegetables. Fie, right? No, not so. I'm testing out a little packages. Just to see if it's good. Because I tried it once again and the white cabbage had already started fermentation. Then I don't have to, and it goes into the trash. This way, it's a waste of my money. I'll cut it just as nicely myself. But this time I liked it. So maybe I'll use it more often. I have the bean sprouts rinsed off against salmonella and E-coli bacteria. For this I used the cooking liquid from the mie. The hamcubes had a better life quality mark star. Also bought in the Lidl. The eggs were Kipster eggs. You know፦ the producer of the Kipster egg is the same as the Rondeel eggs that you can buy in the Albert Heijn.
I paid for the vegetable package - €1,49
for the hamcubes - €1,89
