#recipes Bell peppers are delicious and are widely used in Spanish, Portuguese and Italian cuisines to prepare soups, salads, risottos, stews, chickens, seafood and fish.

Also available are stuffed with fish, goat cheese, vegetables, chicken or meat.

Today I present to you the recipe for bell peppers stuffed with fish and mashed potatoes

Ingredients. (for 6 people).
* 6 bell peppers.
* 4 fish fillets.
* 4 cloves of garlic.
* 2 chopped onions.
* 4 potatoes.
1/2 cup milk.
* 2 tablespoons butter.
* salt and pepper to taste.
* 100 g of Parmesan cheese.

Preparation..

* Sweat in butter the fish fillets with the 4 crushed garlic and chopped onions.
*disbaring the fish with the fork. Brew a mash by boiling potatoes in salted water and crush them with hot milk after they soften.
* Attach the fish to the puree and fill the peppers with the preparation.
* Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place them in a refractory mold or the one you have.
* Bake for 25 minutes before serving, accompany with a green salad.

Note if you don't have fish fillets you do it with tuna or sardines in cans. #lowbudget
