and should be brought to a boil. Because hydrocyanic acid is volatile
it quickly disappears by boiling for a minute. Make brine water with
to a solution of 25% salt add the green berries without
peduncles in it and put it for 3 weeks on a dark
spot. After 3 weeks, you can rinse the berries and
together with Preserving herbs put on the vinegar.
Just add to feeling. Let
then infuse for another 4 weeks
and you have delicious capers
which is at least provided good
