In my long hours of entertainment on Youtube, I have come across this wonderful recipe.
I hope you like it as much as me, they are very crispy with that salty and spicy touch, that you will want to eat more, accompanied by a cold beer.
For this, we will need the following ingredients.!
2 cups of cheetos, flamin hot
½ cups cornflakes
½ cup flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 eggs
½ cup liquid milk1 cup melted butter
1 ½ tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 clean chicken breasts cut into strips
enough vegetable oil, for frying
1 cup barbeque sauce
½ cup butter, melted
1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
Ok, get to work.!
1) Place the cheetos in plastic bag and with the help of a roller crush until a fine powder is obtained.
Mix cornflakes with cheetos, flour and cornstarch. Earmark.
2) Beat eggs with milk in a bowl, ½ cup melted butter,1 tablespoon garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Marinate the chicken strips in the egg mixture for 15 minutes.
3) Remove the chicken strips from the egg mixture and bread with the cheetos mixture.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken strips until crisp.
4) Fry in batchings of 5 or 6 so that the oil does not cool down, take about 5 minutes.
5) Remove the chicken strips from the oil and drain on a plate with absorbent paper.
6) Mix the barbecue sauce with the rest of the melted butter and the rest of the garlic powder until you get a homogeneous mixture.
7) Serve the chicken strips with the sauce and enjoy.
