The Muppet Christmas Carol
Today in the spotlight one of my favorite Christmas movies. The Muppet Christmas Carol is a famous retelling of Charles Dickens's famous story. This classic is already from 1992. A Brian Henson movie with characters created by Jim Henson. This movie really has the magic of Christmas for me.
The story is about a rich man named Ebenezer Scrooge who hates Christmas. During the night before Christmas, he is then visited by three minds. A spirit of the past, present and future. These ghosts show him how he has always celebrated Christmas and is going to celebrate.
The story of Ebenezer Scrooge is told by Gonzo, with the help of Rizzo the rat. The way they bring the story makes for a lot of comic moments, which is sure to make a lot of laughs while watching this movie.
Jim Henson's muppet characters, including Kermit, the Frog and Miss Piggy, give the film a colorful whole and therefore suitable for young and old. And not only that, the many happy songs also make this film a pleasure for young and old to watch.
